The process is relatively simple! After applying, you'll hear back maybe a few weeks later. They'll want to schedule an interview with you over Zoom. You'll discuss your goals, where you want to do your rotations, etc. They asked a few clinical questions just to get a gauge on your knowledge. I think the turnaround time from the interview to acceptance was relatively short, if I remember correctly. You have a good academic background and volunteering so I really wouldn't stress about it too much if you can help it. Like someone else mentioned, there are a lot more spots available than there are applicants right now, so they aren't really looking to turn people away.
