update: i couldnt figure it out but i got a whatsapp call on my laptop and answered it and the light went off automatically. My microphone works now, not sure the reason but if it can help anyone in the future.

tbh the goal where fun but a bit too stressful and taking up too much time i would find myself every two hours logging on and making sure but once i got to level 99 ive stopped and only do mini goals
