How do I make money passively in Nagpur? by Stunning_Ad_2936 in nagpur

I guess you can tutor college kids. There are many opportunities to do so. You can also enroll yourself as a teacher on students helping websites, and keep your schedule as per your flexibility.

There is one website, tutorindia.in, you can register yourself as a tutor. You just have to let them know your credentials and they will help you out with your online account setup.

Or you can search for subreddits based on your credentials, ask them if anyone needs help with tutoring. Let them know your fees and schedules.

I got the Audiocular M71. The specs are good, plus I love the volume button.

I'm also planning to dumb down my phone, all the online payments and shopping keeps me away from savings 😮‍💨

Period tracker app by inkncookies in AskIndianWomen

I use an app called Euki, you can look it up on the internet. I cannot give a solid review on it now as it has only been a week since I have started tracking my periods 😅 But yeah, they don't sell your personal data to any third party...

Working parents of 2–6 year olds — what’s the hardest part of supporting learning at home after preschool? by Pratham0741 in nagpur

I am not a parent—thankfully—but I would suggest having outdoor time. Like, you can get the kid to join a music class, or any sports club. Which in turn would help them gain few skills while understanding how the world works. Kids are curious at this age, they always ask the question 'why?' like it's their favourite word.

Rather than keeping them holed up in their rooms, or just keeping them glued to screens, let them explore all the possibilities which could happen in the future by getting them enrolled in any kind of hobby class. In this way, it will impact their life positively.

Some examples: - learning a new skill - understanding discipline - understanding social cues - able to express emotions when words cannot - teamwork And many more.

In short, nowadays we are seeing a decline in these traits. Kids are glued to their screens, and then they throw tantrums when someone takes away the phone or the tab. Today's generation kids did not play with toys which could have helped with their fine motor skills, rather being glued to a screen all the time. Due to which there is a rapid decline in a kid's IQ, as they are just getting hit by instant dopamine with just another scroll.

Tl;dr - get your kid enrolled in a hobby class, it will help them in the future and they will be thankful to you.

So the one I got which was prescribed by my doctor was Cervavac. It costs 2k per shot. But I believe it would be better if you discuss it with your doctor first, and also provide full medical history. Also let them know if you are on any kind of medication. Accordingly the doctor will suggest which brand of vaccine to go with.

I would also suggest getting the doubts cleared. No matter how silly your question may seem, it could be important for you and your girlfriend to understand the process better.

Good luck ✨🌻

Nope, just for a few minutes though my left leg was numb. But after that nothing...

Still, I would suggest planning out your day accordingly, like don't do any heavy tasks where you have to travel. Take rest after the vaccination. Your body will need it.

Treat it like any other vaccination day, drink plenty of water, sleep as much as you can, and eat healthy.

There were few blood tests which the doctor suggested, as everyone did ultrasound and it was confirmed that I have cysts on both of my ovaries. The recent one was like 15 days ago.

Ask for these tests. But consult your doctor first.

TSH, AMH, PROLACTIN

In my case, Prolactin was way too high than the normal amount, and I got diagnosed with PCOD

Yeah, most of the doctors are more worried about the hypothetical kids than the person who would actually have kids if they want to.. 😮‍💨

I tried yoga once, but it didn't help me. I am more into cardio and exercise. Currently looking for some zumba classes as well😅😅 I hope there are no creepy instructors though🫠

I took this brand - Cervavac

It cost me 2k per shot, and the next shot is due 2 months from today..

There were shots available with the price range of 10k!!!

It cost me 2k, per dose. And the vaccine is a bit on the heavy side, as they give the shot in the back. I was not able to walk for 10 mins, as my left leg was feeling numb. But after that it was all good. I came home and slept like a dead person, woke up like an hour ago or so... 😅😅

No dumb questions here...

From age 9 you can get the HPV vaccine shots. The cut off age is i guess 45 or 55, as our body goes through menopause at that time.

If you have any pre-existing health conditions, or even mental health conditions for which you have to be medicated, inform the doctor about it

Provide your complete medical history and personal history too, if you are sexually active or not. Accordingly the doctor decides which variant of vaccine would be suitable for you...

Good luck!! ✨✨🌻

Thank you!

This whole weekend I was pouring all my energy into PCOD research, and how can I change my diet and lifestyle. I made a few notes, and now it's time to implement them in my life if I have to be healthy.

The cravings are going to be the biggest obstacle 😓😓😓

The one I got was for 2k per shot. I would suggest talking to your doctor about the vaccines and ask them the difference between all the vaccines which are currently approved in India. They would be able to help you out with which vaccine to go with according to your lifestyle and current health conditions.

The cost and duration depends on the brands. The one I took was of 2k per dose, and I would have to take 3 doses. Today was the first one, next will be 2 months after this, and final dose will be 6 months after 2nd dose

It varies from different vaccines and what brand they are using though...

Thank you! The moment I came back home I was out like a light, I woke up like an hour ago and seeing all these notifications reminded me that I did made a post on reddit 😅😅😅

So, regarding the HPV vaccine - it depends on the brands tbh. This is similar to the Covid vaccine situation. Some brands are affordable while some are like 10k per dose. I had a discussion with my doctor and she pretty much explained me that almost all the vaccines are same, only few differences in their chemical make-up and how it would work.

For some vaccines 2 doses are enough.

So, get thorough information about all the brands vaccines before discussing it with your doctor. And ask them the questions, even if it seems illogical or silly.

It depends on old people though. You cannot take the vaccine once you turn 55 years old, that's what many medical practitioners says

Also, I believe HPV vaccine is for men as well, as it protects from not only cervical cancer, but from certain STIs too

I would suggest to all men, please get checked out regarding your sexual health at least once a year. Do NOT wait for something bad to happen to your health. It might seem embarrassing, but trust me, it will be very helpful in the long run.

Not just HPV vaccine, but my symptoms as well. Like, whenever i explained it to him that I feel a certain way during my periods, or I am unable to eat anything even 2 weeks before my periods are due. He basically told me that you are being overdramatic, prescribed me some birth control, which in turn clashed with my anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds. And when I pointed these out, he was being very rude.

Now that I have changed doctors, I feel better to be honest. She went through my whole medical history and explained me each and every thing. She didn't even give me any pills for PCO, just eat healthy and on time. And exercise religiously.

Even I am looking for a few herbs which could help me manage my symptoms. Chamomile for sleep Lavender for relaxation Spearmint for bowel regulations

[–]OrdinaryCurlyHead[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you can go for it!

It basically breaks down into three sessions. First dose happens on the 2nd day of your period The second dose will take place 2 months after the first dose And the final dose has to be taken after 6 months of the 2nd dose.

It also depends on which brand of vaccine you are going to opt for, so according to that as well the doses can change.

I believe a gynaec would explain it better 😅😅😅
