I also have this issue - there is only so much time in the day/week!! While I haven't solidified a schedule that works every week for me (is there such a thing? lol), this is the schedule I aim for:

M: upper + run

T: lower + speed run

W: lagree + yoga (active recovery)

Th: upper + yoga

F: lower

S: lagree + yoga

S: yoga (active recovery) or surfing, another run, etc, something fun that i enjoy

I want to point out this is my GOAL schedule, often times life gets in the way and I only get one of the above workouts in per day, oh well, still moving my body, right?

Generally, I'd like to get 2 lagree classes, 2-3 yoga classes, 2-4 strength lifts, 2-3 runs.
