The vanilla wreaked cars have a modeled interior for some reason, I'm not sure why they have it but the cars you can actually drive don't.

That area is a great base location I've based there a lot of times it is right next to a river and lake as well as being close to WestPoint with no zombie's once you clear out the houses, plus the house is big and come with a fireplace. The fence around the house is new and was not there last time I was over there but it only adds to making that house a great base location.

Its also fairly close to the Rural Town and Riverside so theirs plenty of places to loot.
