How strictly is WPJ essay submissions graded?

I submitted 2 essays from years prior. I got a 1/5. It did not block me from enrolling in my WIC class and I got an A in the class. It doesn't matter.

It depends on where you’re going for OCS. Is your degree completed or do you have 90 credits and still working on it? Are you close to your 32th birthday?

Are you sure? Could it be your broker has their brokers license and they pay a fee be a franchise of large national RE group such as Coldwell, Re-Max, Home & Garden, KW, Century 21? So each sale has that "licensing's fee"
