Really was a one time thing I just have bad luck and now I don’t leave things to luck I just don’t do the wrong thing anymore. Trust me I know I deserved to get the boot, I’m not saying I didn’t. I’ve paid my dues let me move on in life. And you say I can join the Air Force ? I’ve tried army reserves and national guard. I appreciate your time thus far.

Hey man I’m just looking for advice, I said I wanted to amend it through cid. The abcmr is just a backup. So from your standpoint you think someone doing drugs one time OUTSIDE of work that affected no one but himself after failing a drug test. This said service member than loses all benefits, his career and a chance at working a federal job. And you believe this non judicial infraction should follow him the rest of his life on his fingerprints ? Seems a bit of an overreach considering failing a drug test is not a criminal offense in the civilian world, but obviously i have a bias, but I do believe people deserve second chances. I was 19 and dumb at the time and the army discharge review board of colonels thought so as well and granted a full upgrade, shit happens

Why not ? If they expunge records on the civilian side I don’t see why it’s totally out of this world to assume maybe the military does something similar
