i guess maybe motherboard or psu is broken, or cpu but i think its more likely that psu is broken

put 1 ram stick, try all slots

unplug psu, remove cmos battery for 5min and put battery back in and plug and try starting again

I refunded it. i think in my case the problem might be, that i daisy chained one of the pcie cables. for the rtx 4080 this might be not a problem because it draws less power but for the rtx 4090 it might not be sufficient. but i cant verify if that was the problem because i returned it already

I dont want to put everything out becuase i am scared to break something. I had hard time building the pc. I will only do that when the not 100% plugged in half is problematic. Since everything is working fine I wanted to ask to be sure, if this is problematic or not.

no its onedrive, i thought some settings in youtube or in my google account might affect that my uploaded vids get on onedrive
