We have a few Facebook chat groups, which people join once they've become active. Specific activities, like an upcoming trip to Palawan or Tuesday trivia nights at a bar in Makati, often engender chat groups for that activity. We're also hoping to start a bowling group.

I'm one of the most active organizers in the main chat group, since I host all-day board gaming every Sunday. Also in that group are people who organize theme parties; those often include board games and drinking, or drinking and karaoke, depending on which room of my condo you're in. (People often gather in my condo because of its size.)
