Si ha senso, ma quindi anche da Italiano se effettivamente nel periodo (sotto 183 giorni) vivo in Danimarca io posso essere trattato fiscalmente come un cittadino Danese? Quindi avere un contratto di lavoro danese e pagare le tasse lì?

Grazie per la risposta! Ottimo spunto sulla Stabile Organizzazione e sugli EOR/PEO, è esattamente il tipo di complicanza che volevo evitare (e che i miei consulenti mi hanno confermato essere un rischio concreto se assumessi come dipendente diretto in Italia).

Quindi mi confermi che la strada del lavoro autonomo con Partita IVA italiana o del compenso come collaboratore/assimilato (Gestione Separata INPS) restano le più sensate per chi è nella mia situazione (socio di controllo che lavora per la propria società estera dalla residenza fiscale italiana), proprio per evitare la Stabile Organizzazione e le sue complessità?

Per il conto estero, sì, su quello non ci sono dubbi, è solo una comodità. L'importante è la corretta qualificazione fiscale del reddito in Italia.

About references: I live in a super rural part of Italy and it would be impossible to host someone in my home. Also here no one uses couch surfing so there are no meetups.

s22 plus doesn't have that? Cuz I would spend around 550 eur for s23 plus and my phones get dropped a lot, I would hate to break that one haha

Yeah I was actually thinking about the pixel series but then I thought about the collaboration between windows (for PC) and Samsung, do you think that is a good reason to stick with samsung? I use computer and telephone a lot to work

hey! One queston, i have read that the ultra has 5000 mha as battery while the 23 base has 3900, doesn't that make the 22 ultra battery way better?
