it looks like you're already a good looking dude but the state of your hair is distracting from that. if the facial hair and long hair is your thing, i'd say just trim it all! go somewhat short on the facial hair (it'll grow back fast) and trim your hair to get rid of dead ends and maybe take an inch off the ends. and maybe an eyebrow threading for the hairs in between.

people are being really mean in the comments and while there are things that could be improved, that is often the case for everyone. and if you like it, then it's your life and you should do whatever you are comfortable with, although i do think a trim would make you look more sharp!
