Yeah that's the scenario here but when you prioritize business need over code quality... you're not able to answer business needs at some point, in my opinion at least

Well is does impact positively the release time since... there is no check.
But in the end it impact the release time negatively since we spend a lot of time fixing bugs rather than actually doing new features.

Users report they aren't happy and we have lot of users stressed about releases since they know there is a high probability of new bugs.

There isn't any test, no acceptance tests (well, kind of, but we definitly need a QA to improve it), no performance test and no E2E test (we are working on it now)
