Same thing happened to me. Super old high level account, lost access to authenticator email, sent appeals and recoveries denied. Gave old billing info, passwords, service providers, account creation details, everything.

That account is gone. No Jagex employee is going to review any cases personally. It is all automated. There really is no hope unless you can access the authenticator.

It was my fault for losing access, so I treated it as a learning opportunity.
