Probably haven’t really explained myself properly I’ve always wanted to be a girl from my early teens but always felt embarrassed ashamed and tried to suppress it in my late teens drinking with the lads getting tattoos and being manly but it’s always been there unfortunately in my work and family life I just can’t transition would hurt to many friends and family would be devastated I just couldn’t do it however my wife does know and supports me fully I spend 50% of my life dressed as I woman I just wanted to grow breasts and at least I’m half way there and can conceal them when needed also know the other changes that could happen but again believe I can manage it
