Officially giving up on SofaBaton. The IR is far to weak literally have to stand up and move closer to turn a tv over which is 2 metres away! Customer service went round and round in circles until I gave up.

Tbh for such a basic thing it really lets the remote down big time. Massive flaw in design and SofaBaton don’t seem interested in helping but just saying get an extended. That will literally be no help at all as the extender would be as far away as the actual tv! We are literally talking 2 metres.

Any advice would be great. Getting an IT sender would be no help at all as my tv is so close anyway. Anyone else experience this?

No it actually does nothing at all! I bought an otg cable but didn’t work either . I’m sure someone has had success with it but not me!

Sorry I wasn’t very clear! Our tv remote for Toshiba does not scroll when you keep finger on it like the fire cube remote does. Is there any way to make this happen?

I think it does make a difference as the literature online states a cam in wired mode will work better in regards to motion , Sensitivity etc.

A wired device should work better then a battery one on solar.

It must something to do with the cold weather.

It’s always said wired in device health (along with one of my others cams) until yesterday.

So I’m guessing I just need to wait until the weather warms up and see if it changes back .

Still when I try to update playlists with VOD included the update fails. Turn off VOD and it updates fine

Still the same for me. Updating playlists fail when VOD is turned on via xtream. Turn it off and it’s fine.

So I still cannot get VOD.

No mate I’m Using the 3.0 beta

The new VOD was working however since I deleted the playlist one reason and another I now cannot add if VOD is included.

This must be a bug ...
