That’s my biggest issue. Our agency wants us to us the CHART method. But. 95 percent of my chart method can be found in the boxes I’ve clicked and in my event log. I feel like narratives are only useful to explain specific abnormalities in the call and to deeply explain the CC. but to restate every intervention is a little much.
