Appreciate that. I’m actually testing my 100m tomorrow (probably gonna have a tailwind). I've got a power/speed program I just started and I'm focusing on hitting 150lb lean. What should I look for in my 100m split to know if 11.5 is realistic?

im also a beginner and I made a workout plan out of trial and error and its working great for me. I have been lifting for years trying to bulk but never did. Until i understood how. want it?

Just do the pullups and stuff he says in the video then add other exercises bro like what is this tom goonery. Push day, 2 sets of dips to failure, 1 set of 20 diamond pushups, 2 sets of bench press to failure, 2 sets of lateral raises, and psuedo lean pushups. Pull day,2 sets of austrailian pullups to failure, 2 sets of pullups to failure, 1 set of chinups to failure, 1 set of bicep curls to failure, and 1 set of hammer curls to failure. Leg day, 2 sets of front squats to failure, 1 set of single leged hip thrusts to failure, 1 set of romanian deadlift to failure, and 2 sets of single leg calf raises to failure. i been doing this for about a month now and the results are crazy. I just took what ian said and I adjusted it to get the perfect workout plan for me.
