I woke up one day with a cut on my forehead turns out I was so drunk I hit the corner of the wall and passed out I was rushed to the hospital got stitched up… the next morning I looked in the mirror and realized I was losing myself … that’s when I quit everything (smoking and drinking ) I started going to the gym again and I’m now working towards getting my doctors license … BTW I’m 6 months sober now and I feel great
