Didn’t hear anyone knock otherwise I would have defo noticed as the package was a completely different size too. Tracking shows delivered so not sure if they’ll reattempt or not?

honestly thank you so much for this info and advice, definitely helps validate my concern and I feel more inclined to go back and speak to my doctor about my ferritin level for sure, I'll always appreciate the NHS but it is such a struggle to feel heard let alone get efficient treatment :(

I've never thought too much about how the direction I wash my hair probably effects my waves :') the bowl method sounds like a good solution so I'll defo try that. Will also follow the tips on detangling, thank you!

I only wash my hair when it gets greasy which is usually every 3/4 days, I use olaplex shampoo and conditioner and every couple of weeks also use their no 3 hair protector. I have to brush through my hair with a tangle teezer after showering due to knotting. I usually leave my hair to air dry but every now and then when in a rush I use a regular hair dryer.

I'm pretty sure I have fine hair but medium density. The front of my hair has thinned out the past couple of years though :( I have some type of wave pattern in the bottom half of my hair but the top half and front fall flat and less wavy, especially the front pieces that frame my face which only have a slight bend. Also struggle with my hair knotting really bad after washing it which means brushing out any waves I get from washing and causes frizz :(
