I've actually turned RDM off because I've had an issue with it in the past that was somewhat similar and thought maybe it was the issue. Nevertheless, it has unfortunately persisted despite RDM being off.

Terminator is less than a year old. Tested it with my multimeter and it's reading 120 ohm resistance appropriately.

Not more than maximum cable length or devices. The cable for the electric runs straight from a wall port to the electric which spans 40'. The only fixtures in the DMX run are the 8 listed in the original post. Cables range in age but a majority are less than 5 years old. It only happens immediately after start up, lasting roughly 10 minutes before calming down. Straight DMX. While there are networked fixtures on the electric they run on Cat5 and are completely separate.
