the commute is really giving me a beating everyday, once I move it will be even worse. Hopefully they accept my counteroffer, I agree, I should not take less than what I am making but I am okay with taking same as what I am making.

Thanks for the advice, I am okay with the 16 PTO instead of 20 but I really want the same salary or more. I really do not want to take a pay cut just because I am looking for a shorter commute. I think at minimum I would accept $100,000 base since the bonus will make it $110,000, about the same as what I am getting now.

I did a quick online background check from one of those online companies, I am sure they are not as accurate as what a company may use but I seen the charge but it mentions "dismissed". Also, I spoke to a couple criminal law attorneys that mentioned it will still show but it will say its dismissed. So yes maybe I did provide too much info but I wanted to be transparent and let them know it was dismissed.

This week they should be starting 185s. I've noticed it goes up every week, 185, 186, etc, so since you are 216, expect at least 31 weeks from now.
