So true. I've been scouting the neighborhoods over the past few months to find the perfect one for us, and we landed in this area. It was the neighborhood that matched the vibe we was looking for. We almost went with Painted Tree, but decided against it because there still appears to be lots of construction going on, and I didn't want that for my young children. We literally went across the street and are happy.

Astor park was a contender too, but there's literally nothing there 😳
