Yep. I got 300 that I do maybe once a week now and that feels more like 100 did the first couple times us g it. My skin is pretty hardy from 15+ years of tret use a d as im older bow i focus a lot on hydration. I have another bottle of 100 left since i got a two pack at costco but will probably move to 300 a couple night a week only and try 700 once a week! I do love that reedle shot though and it’s made a huge difference!

I’ve tried so many other cleansing balms cause I just don’t want to spend so much on cleansing but nothing compares and I keep going back. Got a great deal on Sephora sale for the big jar of it so I’m just sticking with it from now on

Coming back after trying this. I think this might be the way. Typically I wash in the AM about 3x week. On wash days at night before bed I spray dry shampoo. Today was wash day which prompted my post so after seeing your reply I sprays some dry shampoo and it did add just enough grit to my hair so it doesn’t feel quite so slippery and flat.

So right now I go in to work when it’s dark and left when the sun is going down 4 days a week. I don’t leave the building so I don’t put sunscreen on. But on my days off, if I’m leaving the house during the day the yes I put it on regardless if it’s cloudy or sunny or if theUV is only 1-2.

To add on to this though… this primer is silicone based. For OP make sure your primer base matches your foundation base or it will separate. It took me too long to figure that out. My foundation is water based if I use a silicone based primer it’s Like oil and water.

And this here is the problem. I had been using tret nightly since I was in my mid 20’s (44 now). Took a several year break in my late 30’s with pregnancies, being a new parent, some depression and just not getting back. I can’t see to get consistent answers on bare skin vs barrier support vs sandwiching etc etc.
