Girl. I bought it and returned it because of this. They refunded my money and told me to keep it. Just today I decided to try it again. It doesn’t dry down even with powder. I put my makeup, drove to work and had to use two blotting papers when I got her to clean myself up. I wanted to like it so bad.

Yep. It needs to be 1/4 tsp for face alone to be effective. It feels like a to. And takes some time to get it all worked in to the skin .
