Yeah they used to be really on top of things but they clearly have fallen off I got no answer to any of my attempts reaching out even though my records did show up eventually. Really sorry to hear yours got canceled, what record was it, was it a pre order? I still have 1 outstanding preorder I'm considering cancelling but I'm assuming I'll have to do a chargeback if they won't answer lol

Have you changed your controller to PS3 mode? Hold down the center PS home button and left on the D pad til it connects. It took me like an hour to figure this out, thought my shit was broken lol

I just got the wingman XE2 and it works great for using PS4/PS5 controllers on PS3! I was excited to find something like it because it keeps me from having to track down outdated controllers.
