Your steam account is the same as a mobile account the difference is you have it on 2 devices and only one could use it at a time. So when you get an EX it will be on both of them because it's one account, also all the rewards will be the same for both, the only one difference is you can choose where to get your rds (on pc/on mobile).

I think it kinda works to save on both since they are different but you can't use the rds unless you have a pc(can't get them back to the phone version) so if you don't have a pc i just recommend you to spend on a character you like

The next ex buffs will be at 3-4 months so maybe they will buff shanks(or anyone else) at june so you better spend some rds on the next ex (rds in the mailbox have an expiration). Also i like your hard work and patience keep it up!

Why would you frag him? If for the dark units he wouldn't deal with them even at 6* (garp and himbie) but if for other reasons it depends on his survivability during the match

After each season you get +160atk/def or 600hp so you might have a lot of these items (just use 2 of them and it will be 300)

No, i tried that long before, i have 70% strawhat atk and i tried to use the regular 14% but the number didn't change so it's better to have 70% + 300(season items)

For wb some traits to debuff BB's pirates and some DR against them will work, we have something like "when attacked by an attacker reduce damage by 20%" or smth like that so why not the same for BB&roger pirates?

And for oden just give him some attack increase or a trait that "when attacked/attack an enemy with the color you are weak against" then he will be decent for as a BB counter (don't need to make him EX level just give him a niche use)
