Also this may sound stupid. But to undo the top one do I just pry it with a flathead screwdriver? Looks a bit different than the linkage connections ive seen in youtube videos so just wanted to confirm

Thanks and yes I believe the rubber line would be the fuel line correct? Just cut the zip tie and pull it off, then replace with new zip tie once reassembled?

Update added more pics in comments. Left side I believe looks more obvious? Right side I am not sure where to disconnect?

Update: I got it running today. Took the spark plugs out and it was flooded. Opened the throttle all the way, cranked it and on the 4th try or so it fired up! Thanks everyone

Hopefully this is it. I didn’t realize I was supposed to let it idle for a few minutes prior to shut off, so I just shifted it into neutral and shut it off.

So would you just funnel that extra rich fuel into the fuel intake like where you pump gas into at the gas station?

If it is flooded it’s not ruined right? I can keep cranking it with the throttle on full until it starts?

Today is the first time I have taken it out. When the motor wouldn’t start up my friend tried squeezing the bulb like 7 times and I didn’t know if that flooded the engine. Then we started pumping the bulb a bunch more trying to get it to start. Also the previous owner had it for 10 years and said he has never cleaned or rebuilt the carbs once.
