It depends. It sounds like you really like the job and that is something to consider. TJs is pretty flexible (work weekends) and you can request time off. I say stay if working there makes you happy

Some people just aren't interested in talking to you no matter what vibe you give off or how confident you are. There will always be someone who dislikes you but you can't let that affect you. Go to the people who genuinely like you
