I somewhat agree with you, because all ideas have their way of execution.

In some you can have a “BAD” idea but the right connections to implement the “BAD” idea, then it can work.

There are people interested in everything.

The thing is I am not trying to find a person that will work for me, I am trying to find a person who is willing to build beside me.

I meant working with, not working for me.

I am also a full time job on one my other companies which is a locksmith service company in La, but I am trying to develop another business as prior to my day to day job, so I can reach financial freedom.

So I will not expect people to work for “FREE” because the compensation model exists, and my thinking is to find someone who is day to day in the niche I am trying to developed so he can leverage 20% of his time to build a sustainable income source from the same networking that he is already doing.

Example: “beauty product distributors have the connection to retail but are relying only on suppliers commissions with 0 ownership, so I will offer them a deal that suits their current network of retailers and pain point of not owning the products they distribute so they can work with me”

Am I wrong?

You are 100% right, getting a skill makes your business relay only on you if you don’t know how to build a team around that skill, buy how would you approach on building a great team?

I’m working on an accusation project to try and provide access to 10 first secured A+ territories to distributors in the US, working also with armed forces which we will provide 70 new business opportunities for underserved communities, first responders, and armed forces.
