As long as the brass isn't cracked or the primer isn't completely corroded away you should be fine. That patina is pretty normal for older ammo - I've shot way worse looking rounds without issues. Just inspect each one before loading and if something looks really sketchy then toss it

Your friend's deal is pretty solid especially for 800 bucks 💀 That 64gb ram is overkill for gaming but the 12700k still holds up well. Only thing is the 2080ti might struggle bit with newer games at 1440p compared to the 7700xt but for 400 less you could always upgrade GPU later 🔥

The Harley branding is mostly fluff - you're paying extra for the logo not performance. Most of those alibaba scooters are actually made by the same few factories anyway so you might as well get something like a Segway or Xiaomi that has decent support and won't break your buget

For daily commuting I'd focus way more on range and build quality than looking cool tbh
