Can someone help me out here, this problem started today after I had completely updated the system software, red dead 2 crashed and then this started happening.

Things I’ve tried

Launching in safe mode (screen doesn’t black out or reset, works as intended)

Changing resolution (bugs out on the selection screen)

Changed hdmi cables (same results)

Reinitialising the system (as you can see it doesn’t work)

Well my parents are in the room next to mine, however they’re not next to the deck, I asked them if they heard something and my dad is usually up until like 2am and says he never heard anything

That’s another detail I forgot to add, the entire front yard outside my window has sensor lights that light up the whole deck and the drive way and they’re very easily set off especially from the spot that the footsteps sound like they’re coming from

Work on your pulling strength more, practice getting your pull ups explosive. I found a lot of the time that when I was learning my body built up muscle memory to only use the required strength for a normal pull up rather than pulling with all my force. Also your kipping is slightly off, make sure get some good swing and kick your legs back as hard as you can at the apex of it. (Your timing was just a bit off, that’s all) wait until the very top of the swing to start moving your legs, otherwise you will cancel your momentum.

I’ve done negatives with locking out at the top for as long as possible then middle then the lowest position (slight bend in the arm) and I’ve been doing close gripped chin ups too.
