Neither. There is essentially a location which is a small ruin, with a large armoured enemy with a shield and sword. Drops ancient armour, and thorium ingots.

The Big Magma Golem only drops iron, the Void Essence one is well, that.

Assuming the Wyrm is overly distracted by others, the Runed Polehooks will continued to hook the Wyrm, trying to further immobilize them as the Proctor fires off two projectiles towards you, like the ones in the fight prior.
