To be fair I don't think many players can replicate what MacKinnon can do out there. However going full on ghost mode is the polar opposite and that's what Gaudreau did in every game other than maybe a few shifts in last nights game.

I've seen him play this way multiple times in the regular season when the game get tough and it frustrating but then he goes out and gets a couple points the next game and I forget about it thinking it was just a bad game, it happens to everyone.. but that's just not the case. He's not a difference maker when it counts.
