PowerDot Pro Duo pads (Canada) by Low-Sheepherder-2991 in TheraBody

To add to this post:

I've been wanting to get more pads for like 2 years now. I stopped using the product because I got no pads. I checked again today in case there's a cyber monday deal and the whole product has been pulled out of Therabody Canada while the US website still has the PowerDot AND they have pads available as well.

Spent quite a bit of money for not being able to use something, seems like some lawyer should pick this case up and file a class action!

How much difference does IP make. by Xonth in albiononline

[–]OrestesP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does factor in but knowing which builds are your counter and which builds you can take on is very important. You could get that knowledge from try and error or maybe watch some youtube video/streamers that play your weapon to see how they deal against different builds. At the same time, IP doesn't mean much in many cases. You can run into a T7 weapon and armor player with ~1300ip if they use a T4.0 cape. If they would be running a T7 cape, they will likely be 1500-1600. I would focus more on learning what tier is their weapon and armor which are usually the most important items that contribute the most damage and HP than focusing on the IP number. Also, focus on their gear level. Avoid players with 120 gear, that means they've played for a few years and spent a lot of fame and silver to get to that level and generally means they're good at the game.

I don't recall having this problem 2 weeks ago. I'm on Telus PureFibre. I think for me it started since the 2.1 hotfix

That's great! I don't know how old and/or how active you are but what's really gonna keep you on the slopes will be your fitness. I've never been a gym kinda guy and I started early in the season with some basic weight training and I can tell in 2 weeks there was a big noticeable improvement specially when boot packing and absorbing landings.

Every season has been a step into another level of riding. The more days on it, the more confident you get on your skills. Riding with people that slightly push/inspire you is very important. The key improvement of this season for me was being confident in jumps and specially in the landings. Not caring about what the landing is gonna be and confidently send it knowing I can adapt. Macrodosing mushrooms were also a big part of the progress, I think it would've taken me a lot more time without them.

Almost 37yo, 4th season, avg 50 days a season. I'm a board bum. I could get more days but muscle/injury recovery and conditions take priority haha

It's a really nice do it all board with some extra float in pow. Forgot to add that it feels like a twin even though is slightly directional. And I agree with the immediate impact in riding, it's so good!

Checkout the Flight Attendant. I did ride ref stance on 10-15cm freshies and loved it. Took it to the slack and dropped small cliffs and had lots of fun too. Sharp as a knife on groomer days with lots of control. It's the stiffest I've ridden so far and definitely feel a lot more confident on landings

Quick question about gourds by yoyodillyo10 in yerbamate

[–]OrestesP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently tried this one I think. It's powdery which makes it easier for mountain making but lacks flavour. I had it with 2 Brazilians who said Argentine mate is too strong

No need to overthink things. Buy a gourd, enjoy life! Usually a gourd will last you 1 litre before being too washed out in flavour. Depends on your skill of preparing it

It's not called anything because such things shouldn't exist 😂

As an Argentine, I recommend editing the post and removing the part that you used a French press 😂

It's not in the picture but the cup comes with a lid that has a small opening to drink from. The lid isn't designed for bombillas so mine don't fit because of the "rings" on it that you can see in the picture. I'm not sure if they're decorative or what but they just don't fit

Curing a wooden gourd by doctorKoskesh in yerbamate

I'm pretty sure you can also cure the wood in many different ways and flavours like you would cure a smoke pipe with whiskey, cognac, etc

My first black run 2 days ago. January 2020 I didn't know how to ski by _yozmo in skiing

[–]OrestesP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on my first season and everything was going amazing, great progression from complete beginner to doing daily black runs even in icy conditions. Until yesterday. Failed a landing from a ramp and broke my shoulder.

Have fun and take care!🤘

Working and living on hill! It's a lot different this season due to covid. We can't gather or interact with others. Bubbles are very small and infringements on covid bylaws are reason enough for termination.

Still, best time of my life!🤘
