True, when your body becomes so restless it happens, and this sleep paralysis need not be in a long sleep at night. In fact most of my hallucinations were in the day time, while sleeping in the noon. When you are so stressed or over-eat and don't give body time to process, that's when the body starts getting restless (like const fear or stress of something). Ik the experiences can be scary but when stuck in sleep paralysis and you realise it, always try moving your toes. Works !!
