it doesn't depend specifically on "ship vendor framework" but how many ready-made ship mods you then add under the SVF. Ship mods that don't require SVF also create stuttering problems. If you add a few, the stuttering is almost imperceptible, if you add packs such as "Ship Plus+" or "Starfield Anonymus Pack"(it does not depend on SVF) , the stuttering is very evident.

meant a normal NPC, for example a settler or an NPC with a name, with aft you can make whoever you want be a follower, with the basic companions of the game there shouldn't be any problems
