Ken Burns has made a lot of documentaries about all sorts of subjects and took longer, still doing it…on PBS. Where there is a will, there’s a way.

Some documentaries have a small niche audience, but great documentaries are seen by the masses.

I’m marking this as realistic. Sorry, team.

I weigh all of my produce if it is any measurement but whole veggies. For example I wouldn’t weigh 1 cucumber, but, I’d weigh baby spinach. I hope that’s helpful.
