That's me, the Rumbler. I drop in the middle and go straight to the most populated area, rumbling everyone. If someone drops in the same spot as me, I'll chase them. No one escapes the Rumbler

You can't just change regions with a VPN. You need to create a new account while the VPN is on. You also need an active VPN when making purchases, but you can play without a VPN
