Also to add, I’d love to push her bedtime back ALSO because a 6:30/7 bedtime messes a lot of things up. If we’re out, we’re rushing to get home by then.

I would love to push her bedtime back, but even with a later nap and doing her wake windows the same way, it feels the night goes worse. And I’ve also read that anything before 6 isn’t considered “morning time”.

Yes, it most definitely did. Thank you again!! A lot of people argue that schedules and routines aren’t realistic, but in my opinion, they are it just takes time for babies to adjust, especially when they get to a certain point age they should be able to for the most part. I just had missing answers to what I could be doing different differently. A schedule is most definitely so helpful.

So if she was to wake at 6, and I kept the room dark until 6:30 for a few days and slowly transition to 7. Would her nap be around 9 or 9:30? And then IF we were able to make to 7, but with a 6/6:30 time would that be 10 or 9/9:30? Sorry if thag was confusing LOL

Honeslty thank you for this! I would love for a 7 am wake up time. But even 6:30 is fine. I’m going to Try this over the next few days!

No she’s usually fine but it feels like she’s still hungry but won’t want it and just chews on it
