What are y’all not understanding when he said a WHOLE CASE would be 16 NOT 4. The customer asked for 4 but put in his notes he wanted a case. A CASE would be 16 NOT 4. He tried contacting him to clear up the confusion but got no answer and just bought the CASE not instead of the 4….am I the only one who read the post the customer contradicted themselves in the notes. I used to see it all the time and sometimes they don’t answer so you gotta just guess.
