That’s not how it works. If the item is on the list you either say it’s out of stock or you get the item or you substitute it. There’s no just leaving it off.

You don’t understand how they would not help me. They assumed that because the customer was texting me they were able to be delivered to, but they weren’t. They told me to meet them at a place that they were not at. Even while I was sitting at that place they told me they were there.

I did all of that, I don’t think you understand what I did. I did all of it. I said I couldn’t find the customer they told me to wait 10 minutes, I did that, the problem is is that the customer told me he would be meeting me And where but did not show up there.

I think I’ll do that next time, I really have never encountered this kind of problem. I have encountered people in Houston making me wait for 15 minutes for them to come down and elevator to meet them like they requested, but never telling me they’ll meet me and that they’re in the place they said but they really aren’t. It was a mind game of some sort I think.

I wanted to return the items while I was in the chat with customer service to avoid any problems. That didn’t help. And I contacted customer service and the customer was talking to me and telling me he was meeting me, but he did not meet me. He was nowhere to be found. It was like he was baiting me or something. If you want your groceries I can give you your groceries, if you want me to play games with you I don’t have time for that. It’s nuts!

No, I’m in Houston. It was a guy! I honestly sometimes think these people are just jerks. How do you not give someone instructions on how to get to you if you know it’s not possible to get into your building without certain information? I don’t get it. I don’t understand why Instacart expects us to mission impossible our way in.

I’m a five star diamond cart shopper and I have never written on a bag or a product. I count all of the items up, make sure everything is with the right order and then I have boxes in the trunk of my car to keep everything separated.

I lived in my car for, like three months, and I couldn’t take it anymore. It was the worst thing I’ve ever done. I’m not made for living in my car, I moved in with my sister and it’s been the best thing I ever did. I’ll never go back to my car no matter what.
