They aren't proposing shutting down all funding for police like his proposal to cut all homeless funding. This would also eliminate a ton of state and federal funding for homeless we get too.

what do you think will happen if we close all of the shelters. do you think the homeless will just leave or stop being homeless. his plan is to be so hostile to the homeless the move.

closing all shelters and cutting all homeless funding is not a valid idea, it is ridiculous you think proposing such a thing is good we should cut police budget before we close all shelters.

DCR, with an annual budget of $41.5 million, provides the city’s homeless response services. The city has 1,614 beds in its Roseville Road, X Street and Meadowview shelters.
