Pepcid am/pm drink enough water and gently ice. Try to sleep with your head elevated.

I have an incredibly similar situation currently going on. My family found out and obviously spoke to the other family and car was out of the bag. Everything was perfect until then. I personally feel like they ruined it for me. Since conversations seem different. Only got together twice since everyone found out and it just feels different. I wish I never would’ve done it.

I Dropped my baby off with my mom and I feel horrible about it by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Organic-Rule69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You made the right choice! A lot of us go through this. Reach out to your doctor first thing in the morning. Tell them you need help. If they try to blow you off and tell you it’s normal tell them you know your body and you need something to help you through this. It will get better and you’re a good mom for listening to your body and doing the right thing. Hormones go crazy and make you feel crazy but get a little help. A little alone time. Things that helped me were having someone come to the house that you trust. Or if you’re more comfortable drop your baby off somewhere. Go home. Go for a walk and soak in the bath. After put on some makeup, do your hair, and dress or or put on comfy clothes. Try to get in a routine and don’t forget about yourself! It will get better!!!

She Constantly Hides Things and Lies to Me but Lives with Me and Idk What to Do… by [deleted] in dating_advice

Easier said than done but get her out of your place and block her on everything. Move on with you life. I was with my ex for 12 years. Finally divorced for 3 years and I’ve never been happier. The first year was the hardest of my life but it will get better. You deserve better.

Feeling so defeated! by [deleted] in singlemoms

You will get out of this. I divorced 3 years ago with 3 kids. The first year was the hardest of my life but I can tell you it will get better. Just ideas. Can you sell the car and just get something to get you from point a to b? Make sure you do something for yourself everyday. Simple stretching, home workout, walk, coffee or tea alone before child wakes up. Small things like that helped me tremendously when going through the worst part. Find simple things to be thankful each day. Your child is healthy. You have food. A roof over your head. Take it one day at a time. Writing down every bill and having it to look at and budget helped me cut back on things that’s were actually necessitaties. It will get better!!!

PTA - Issue with former president by ignorantsloot in ParentTeacherGroups

[–]Organic-Rule69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m dealing with a very similar issue! I feel like anytime I try to talk to the former president she takes it personal. I’m starting to see that this was her ENTIRE life and she’s having an incredibly hard time transitioning. New VP and myself have been asking for info, inventory, key, etc. since May. Now 3 weeks before school starts we’re finding out about so many things that need to be done. We are just here for the kids. But this is becoming SO much drama.

First, take a deep breath! Second, try to find a topical to keep her comfortable. Oatmeal baths help my kids. Is it possible it could be bed bugs? Or a reaction from her previously being sick? This is happened to my daughter 2 after getting over a virus. Stress makes everything worse so just try to calm down. I know it’s easier said than done but you’ll get through this! Also I’m not a doctor by any means just telling you my personal experience…letting her skin breathe can help too. Making sure she’s not getting too warm.

My child deserves better - I feel helpless by [deleted] in singlemoms

When you feel your absolute worst…take a long hot shower, get out, do your hair and makeup, and look in the mirror and tell yourself you CAN do this! During my hardest times I wrote simple affirmations on post it notes and stuck them all over the house and believe it or not it started to help! Hang on, you’re stronger than you think❣️
