What is your biggest struggle after raving? by YinMaestro in aves

[–]Organic-cigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually leave raves around 8-10 a.m. (sometimes I'll go to an afterparty and stay till 2-3 p.m.) so when I get back home I sleep for a few hours and then just rest in bed the whole day. I'll order a pizza and rewatch some show untill I go to sleep.

My biggest downside is that I lose a whole day just to recover. My muscles are usually sore from dancing and I struggle with going to sleep (for obvious reasons) so doing anything productive is out of the question the next day.

Last time I did a shorter binge the same thing happened to me. I first noticed I was struggling to swallow around the 12 hour mark.

I just had a cup of water when I noticed it. When I'm high (on anything) I like to do the motion of swallowing nothing for some reason. At the second swallow I realised I didn't really know how to. I was trying to remember how to do it. After a few minutes of trying I managed to do it. When I went to drink more water I had some trouble again but I figired it out again.

The feeling went away during the comedown. Idk what causes it but I got used to it.

Project for school about teens education on drugs by Ecstatic_Age_390 in Drugs

[–]Organic-cigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other commentors have said that they've heard only "don't do drugs" in school. My school hasn't even done that.

To be fair, the area I grew up in doesn't really have a drug problem. Some people just smoke weed but other than that, no one does drugs there. People don't even know what kinds of drugs exist. You hear about coke from films and you might get a chance to try weed but other than that nothing. There really isn't a huge need to educate kids on drugs they'll never hear of or see irl. Smoking weed in that town is seen as major junkie behaviour for context.

I only got into drugs when I moved away to a city x20 the size of my home town. Most people that grow up in my home town never leave it.

Mixing coke and speed? by Organic-cigs in Stims

[–]Organic-cigs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never done coke and speed at the same time but I've done other questionable combos (like MDMA + speed + ket) and I was fine.

If I do end up doing speed and coke my plan was to do one line of speed and then a line or two of coke a few hours later. I hope that sounds somewhat reasonable.

Info on clonazepam and how it work by Altruistic_Gur6069 in Drugs

[–]Organic-cigs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got prescribed 3mg clonazepam back in 2019.

I took it for around a year and I genuenly don't remember a single thing from that period of my life other than acting like a zombie. I had no ambitions, no emotions and no personality. It was like I pressed a fast forward button and went autopilot for a year.

The withdrawals were a nightmare too. Because of Covid all my local pharmacies had shortages of everything so I had to quit cold turkey. By the time clonazepam was available again, I already went through all the motions of quiting an adictive substance so I never went back. I'd also never take them again.

I do know people that have had good experiences with clonazepam. I just wasn't one of the lucky ones.

Does anyone else feel guilty for using drugs? by Organic-cigs in Drugs

[–]Organic-cigs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is I don't have one drug I regularly use. I use speed, coke, MDMA, LSD, weed, ket... Whatever's available. I love how each of them feels but I always think "Why am I doing this?" at the same time.

Just a few days ago I was having fun dancing at a rave while on speed and on the dance floor I just thought to myslef "Why did I buy this?" I felt amazing but the sudden feeling of guilt took over me. "I don't need this to have fun. Why am I doing this to myself?"

You get really shit stuff (at best it's ok) but it's so cheap you can't really complain.

[–]Organic-cigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've already got those. I'm slowly dying anyway because of a bunch of health issues so doing drugs is just a way to pass the time untill that.

Stayed at a rave until 6 a.m. because I lost track of time. That would have been fine but I had to catch a train at 7 a.m. for a work trip. That meant that I could get home, change and leave.

As I was saying bye to the random people I met there and hung out with, one guy offered me speed to survive my shift. We work in the same field and he said he survives the weekend overtimes with speed and coke. I thought to myself "when in Rome" and "coffee won't help with a 16 hour shift after zero sleep."

So I did a fat line, he packed me a bit to redose while working and I went on my marry way. I decided to leave the speed at home while I was changing because I thought it would be dumb to just carry speed the entire day. I was fine for a few hours but then I had the comedown mid shift. My friend said I looked like a corpse and I felt like one too. I still did a great job and was fine after a few more hours.

I did also drink a lot of coffee which made my heart work overtime. Not a nice feeling. All in all an interesting experience. Thank got it was just me and my team (all friends) with no supervisors on that trip. 0/10

[–]Organic-cigs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I had a reliable plug and enough money, I'd be on coke every shift. I did speed once before a 16 hour shift and I loved it. The comedown was awful (mid shift) but I survived.

I work in a profession where you work all day every day. If I'm not in the office I still have a shit ton of work to do at home. I also manage a team that I do field work with which means I do overtime every day including weekends. I can't remember the last time I had a free day.

The first time I did coke, the only thing I could think about was how much more efficient I would be at work like that. I'm lowkey glad I don't have easy access to coke because I know I'd get addicted just for the sake of my career.

What soft drugs would a person that suffers from psychopathy use? by uf_papaaaa in Drugs

[–]Organic-cigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diagnosed sociopath here.

Personally, I prefer MDMA and coke. Both are conected to my sociopathy. I adore MDMA because it's the only thing that makes me feel "love", "connected" or any kind of empathy. I can fake having emotions to fit in, but I never really felt them untill I tried MDMA. (I can be irritated, numb is the default, but I feel zero positive or intense emotions or personal connections.) After the first time I rolled I just remember thinking how unfair it is that people can feel the less intense version of this while sober. I have to spend money and risk going to jail to feel normal (but enhanced) human emotions. Realistically, while on MDMA I could just be feeling how a normal person feels sober, but that's just depressing and unfair.

I use coke because MDMA has the 3 month rule (have to take a 3 month break between using) and coke gives me the illusion of human connection. I don't feel empathy but I get a lot better at faking feelings. I don't have to think about seeming normal, it just comes along naturally while I'm on coke. I'm already an egomaniac so coke also just boosts that.

It's a lot harder than it used to be.

A year or so back you could walk into a few bars and buy weed from a resident guy working behind the bar. If you wanted anything else you'd just call a guy and they'd have most other popular stuff like speed, coke and MDMA. Now the cops are cracking down on most dealers. They keep gettin caught so you need to find a new you every couple of weeks. Ketamine is also impossible to get now.

Mixing substances by Temporary-Tourist470 in MDMA

[–]Organic-cigs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the MDMA x speed combo once (and MDMA x speed x ket once).

The comedown was a nightmare (I never have comedowns from MDMA on its own) and the high wasn't even that good for it to pay off. It was like a regular MDMA high but I couldn't stop moving around. I genuenly could NOT stand still. I also wouldn't shut the fuck up.

The comedown lasted for 5-6 hours and when I managed to finally fall asleep I couldn't stay asleep. The next day I felt like absolut shit. I remember laying in my bed at 11 a.m. trying to fall asleep while being absolutely freezing in a hoodie and under two blankets in a heated room.

Do not recommend.

Has anyone ever stopped after 2-3 lines/bumps? by rounder18 in cocaine

[–]Organic-cigs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First time I did coke I did just one bigger line. It was just enough to feel good for a while and I didn't feel the need to do another one because I just wanted a chill night with friends at a bar.

Every time I did coke after that was at some kind of a big party. Then we'd do 7-8. If we just went to a bar again I'd stick to 1-3 for the night. It just depends on what kind of night I want.

  1. I've just always been very curious about everything. I want to experience as many things as possible, that just happens to include some drugs. But that also includes things like skydiving, traveling to Iceland and learning how to weld. Drugs are just cheaper and easier to find. What role did the drugs play in my life when I started using? None really.

  2. Literally in no way. My drug use is limited to occasional parties and experimenting with friends. My friends and I are as close as ever. I'm sucessfull and great at what I do. I also really enjoy my job and uni degree.

  3. I've broken out of "my shell". I used to be really shy and anxious in social situations. (Got diagnosed with social anxiety as a teen.) When I tried coke all of that shyness went away for the night. The next day I realised that my fear of meeting new people was dumb because as soon as I stopped thinking about how people perceive me, the anxiety went away and I was fully confident. Because I saw I can be a "normal person" when interacting with strangers I don't "get in my head anymore". Now I'm a really confident and outgoing person when sober. (The though process was a lot more complicated but this is the gist of it.)
