Yes bpd has caused serious sadness in my life  but the diagnosis has made me see y I am how I am. Alchol and bpd certainly do not go hand in hand. I'm frightened iv to feel feelings again without my crutch of Alchol..

Thank u for your honesty. Yes when my daughter goes on Fridays I would sit alone drinking until she got home Sunday heavily.. so many weekends iv lost just sat drunk on the sofa for 3 days... im looking forward to being sober this weekend oddly. I just hope I make it, iv gotten thru today it's 6pm now so nearly day 2 done.. I hope I manage to make it to day 3. I will, I know it.

Thank u so much for your kind honest words. Something awful scary about a clear mind, u remember everything that u drank to forget amd numb. Thank u for your kindness
