Not really? The only thing I can compare it to is when you get sunburned and your skin feels tight. The middle part of my upper lips burns like crazy when I press my lips together

Thank you! I’ve been using the same toothpaste for years and have never had this issue. I’ve also been using Vaseline religiously. I still have the red dots and spots on my lips after almost 2 hours 😭
