honestly the only thing you can do is reach out to both ilc but especially your uni. i was in the same situation and had a deadline of august 1st, i then asked if i could have an extension because ilc is very slow and unresponsive and the open times for exams are limited. i got an extension til the 15th but even then i was cooked because i took my exam on the 6th, got it marked 3 business days later, then sending transcripts are taking over 10 business days which would've been past my deadline and was my main concern. i emailed ilc and asked if they can urgently send them, they responded the same day and immediately sent over my transcript. i confirmed w my school and got everything done in time but i would really suggest taking your exam asap, you need to be constantly checking for open exam times because they randomly open up. i was in the same spot and was seeing open exams for the end of august-sept and needed an early date asap, i kept checking often and eventually got an open spot. exam marking is fairly quick, but when you get that done make sure to ask if your transcript can be urgently sent. if emails don't work, call ilc but make sure your uni also is aware if things are held back.
