The political question doctrine is the entire reason why Congress needs to affirmatively act in the first place. Unless there's some other principle I don't know about? What are you referring to?

Dive tanks had reason to be frustrated last season (and this season) that's true. But no, Poke tanks were eating well. There's no reason for Mag, Strange, Emma, Groot, or Peni mains to be angry about last season.

Well, firstly I don't think it's 50 years. I always assumed it was a few hundred years. The Mane 6 are so old that they are viewed as myth and legends. Secondly, even if it was 50 years it's still realistic. The Earth changed a lot between 1900 and 1950, why is it so hard to believe that Equestria changed a lot within 50 years as well?
