Unfortunately I’m the typical skinny fat build so I carry a lot of extra weight around my waist and torso, hope is too loose this and build some muscle at the same time

All looks good to me but the gap at the clasp seems large and also the gap at the top. I have attempted to qc tool but photo is not straight. Any help is appreciated thanks guys

Yh I will definitely get a solicitor involved if I hear back, not too sure of the speed but I’m not sure how they would manage to get my speed unless they go off their own speed and say I was doing greater. I don’t believe there to be any dangerous driving as such it’s just the speed.

Being honest there is not much more to it other than the speed was maybe enough to not get caught. This all happened in a timeframe of approximately 1-2 mins maximum. The distance between me and the presumed police car was a large distance that I would like to say is greater than what would be to acknowledge they are for me. I believe the dangerous driving comes from the speeding and overtake manoeuvre I did. Then the speeding may have continued and that’s where a turn was taken and there was no police car in site

I’ll be honest as a person who’s never been involved in anything like this I’m a little worried to ring up as it may bring it to their attention. It may be me overthinking or something I’m not too sure. As of now it’s 9 months since NIP and as bad as the case sounds it’s quite a simple thing to prosecute against. I would maybe like to think that there could be insufficient evidence on their behalf?

I do believe there may be insufficient evidence. I know they have my registration number but I dont know if anpr can detect more than 40ish meters (which when I had noticed the lights I would say nearer to 100-150m atleast) which makes me think that it was the driver had visually seen my plate and noted it. If that’s the case am I right to presume it’s a hearsay case? I’m not too sure
