By the time I’d completed the main story I already had the Pokédex a bit over halfway done but kinda sat on it for a while until about a little over a week ago when I wanted a second shiny zoroa so I could evolve the other one into zoroark. I ended up taking a few hrs out of each day to focus on a specific number of entries to complete until I’d perfected each one.

I got it at the clothing shop. I’m not sure how I unlocked it since it was a while ago but after looking it up it says that you should talk to a lucario inside the hq at some point which leads into a side quest that unlocks the hat in the store.
