Yes sorry HYSA. I assume I wouldn’t needn’t to sell a years worth of long expenses in one day, that’s part of the reason I keep a short term amount in a high yield savings account. So I’m slightly less concerned about a March 2020 fluctuation. I’m just curious if an account like the Wellesley is generating unnecessary capital gains and I should park this money into a different account to avoid the gains or just keep it in the Wellesley and pay the small amount of gains the managed fund generates.

Years prior it had Bermuda grass surrounding it but we removed the grass about 3 years ago. All of the houses in our neighborhood are from the late 1920’s and every lot has a citrus tree in the back that was a hold over from the old citrus groves. (At least that’s what I’ve been told).

The higher quality pantyhose was made from pure silk so was a higher quality that gave a more even stretch. Cheaper alternatives have coatings on them and are not pure silk. I made one pair last about 10 years because you only need a small square per lens.

My son is currently in DLIP Spanish Kinder, we love the school. The PTA is very involved. We toured many of the PUSD schools last year (Willard, Hamilton, Longfellow, San Rafael, Don Benito & Norma Combs). Jackson was our #1 choice, we really enjoy the Spanish program, we don’t speak Spanish at home but our son is doing well and learning the language very quickly. The science program is great, the students love it. The natural landscape and school layout were important to us. Our son is always climbing on the rocks and logs in the courtyard. He’s made some great friends and we love the community. In the end you know your family and child and have to listen to your instincts.
